Job Description

Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A subject matter expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems is critical to the success of this role. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the position and company culture.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates, ensuring a positive and timely experience for all parties involved.
  5. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including interview training and feedback.
  6. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track progress and metrics.
  7. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and onboarding activities.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to enhance the recruitment process and employer brand.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and proactively suggest improvements to recruitment processes and strategies.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, to ensure alignment and consistency in talent acquisition practices and policies.
